Two studios 36m2 and 10m2 for rent to artists

Dear friends and colleagues,

we are glad to share with you that Treptow Ateliers e.V has found a new location to resettle, at Wilhelminenhofstr. 76/77, Oberschöneweide. On the 3rd floor of a former GDR building (ownership of KWO real estate company), we are currently setting up 11 artists' studios and a common space. Most of the studio spaces have already been booked , still, we are offering 2 individual studios, for long term stay, to artists who need space to work and would like to join our vivid community.

Studio A: approx. 36m2

Rent (warm): 540€/month, 15€/m2

Rent (netto/cold): 288€/month, 8€/m2

Southwest side, windows, heating, WLAN

Studio B: approx.10m2

Rent(warm): 150€/m2, 15€/m2

Rent (netto/cold): 80€/m2, 8€/m2

Southeast side, windows, heating, WLAN.

Notice that this studio will function as a passage to another artist's studio.

Like the rest of the artists who are about to move in to the new premises, the artists who will take over Studios A and B, will need to pay 2 month rent (Kaution) and 1 month rent (Courtage), in advance.

Since, Treptow Ateliers, just moved out of our former location, we are at the moment organizing the new spaces and facilities of our new studios. We are building up divisions, a toilette, a kitchen, installing new heaters. This brings us to an estimated time of moving in to, middle/ end of April.

Also, beginning of April (2/4) there will be organized a visiting appointment for those who have interest to see the studios in person.
